That's like saying Malcolm Mitchell is as good as Amari Cooper, we just didn't throw him the ball enough times.
Yep, because Malcolm Mitchell vs. Amari Cooper is representative of the gap between LF and Chubb

It's good to have that depth, but it would also be fun to see Fournette go off for 2K. Not sure that's possible the way we platoon backs.

Well I don't watch a lot of UGA football, so I can't speak on how Richt handles the carries in the situation like that.

I'm giving you a reason why Chubb has better receiving stats. That reason is the LSU coaches didn't utilize Fournette out of the backfield very much and 7 receptions in a season proves that.
Again, who would you blame for him only having 7 receptions? It can't be him seeing as he doesn't call the plays. It could be the QB, but LSU hardly ran screens with him either.
But RB10, the team a player is on and the coaching decisions do not affect a player's performance whatsoever. It is solely on the player, as stated by UGA fans several times ITT

that's great.
And I'm using those receiving stats to further prove that Chubb was the better back and after 1 season for both, is the better back. It doesn't matter if it's mile's fault for not thrwoing to him, or the QBs fault for sucking, the fact is that chubb was a better receiver last year, in addition ot the better runner.
We can make excuses all day, but the actual hard and fast stats that were accomplished during games remain the same.

but we can all agree
2014:
JWilliams - 1,190 yds 5.6 avg 12 tds
Collins - 1,100 yds 5.4 avg 12 tds
Fournette - 1,034 yds 5.5 avg 10 tds
/disagree

And LOL at the ban signal. Yeah, ban me for pointing out a logical fallacy!

In 2005 we had thomas brown, kregg lumpkin, and danny ware. They all received about an equal amoutn of carries (when healthy). Same for 04 when it was just ware and brown.
However, in 07, 08, 12, and 13 when we had someone who was clearcut better than everyone else, we gave most to our bellcow.

Fournette is clearly more talented. No objective fan would argue otherwise. But, carry on, if you must.

It is miles's fault LF didn't get more catches.
Taht doesnt' change the fact that he didn't put up the receving numbers chubb did.
Gurley was 1/1 last year passing for 50 yards. Maybe he was as good a QB as blake sims, if only he'd have gotten more chances to throw...

Yeah, we don't do that.
Chubb didn't have that many more carries than Fournette, so again, the better back last year. We'll know more after this season.

He had 32 more carries over the 13 game season. But LSU fans say that's like 2 full games worth more for chubb, so I guess that doesn't count.

I haven't seen anyone argue against that point.
Teh point is that chubb was the better running back last year. I don't see how any objective fan would argue otherwise.

This is nothing close to the logic I'm using since, once again, I've not once said Fournette was as productive as Chubb in 2014.
I gave a reason why it's POSSIBLE he didn't have as good of receiving numbers, and that argument carries weight.

YPC says a lot.
Again, I can't speak for how UGA handles their running game, but LSU is as unimaginative as they come.

But Chubb YPC was way higher. Oh, but that doesn't count because LF was running against 11 men in the box each time.

and i see the reason behind that and agree with it...
but once again, even if it is mile's fault, that doesn't change the fact that chubb dwarfed leo's receiving numbers (in addition to the rushing numbers).

Damn that was a good catch. I don't know man. You would think a shitty QB situation would call for lots of swing passes and checkdowns. This LSU offense is a mystery wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a giant turd.
It's Cameron's fault, mostly. He has to earn his pay this year.

Yeah that seems to be an equalizer, and as mentioned chubb's YPC was almost 2 full yards higher over the season, and FOUR yards higher against common opponents.
