I've had a lot of people say they couldn't do it. but that's how I make sure I'm maximizing what I'm taking in. I eat the same thing over time so I can see a pattern then make a minor change to see the effect. if it makes my diet better I add it into my regular diet and if it doesn't make it better I take it back out.
Yeah, this is where I draw the line. I love food and I love to cook. For me, eating that every day would put me into a state of depression. Good job, though.

Why can't you do the same light conditions in the pics?
What are they different?

People change phones every year or so. You know that... right?

Gross...you have a gas problem, Cat? :puke:
No. I have an "I deteste the taste of beans in general and they make me dry heave" problem.

Your diet is bad.
I can explain later.
Maybe.

posted this on the OT To show the Crossfit dorks what people can accomplish thru safe workouts and disciplined diet?
Beach bodies have never been hard to accomplish, with the effort.
If you went into the gym and did the old standard, 3 sets of 10 on all the fundamental excersises you'd have pretty good results.
Crossfit was hijacked, it's really gay at this point.
It's also very misunderstood.
*I don't do Crossfit.
I vote for Gym Jones if you're going anywhere near that vein of working out. It was rooted in the same place Crossfit started, but broke off in a more intelligent way.
Olympic lifts are a huge part of Crossfit or Gym Jones, and those are extremely important if you want anything more than a beach body.
His workout doesn't have any of these athletic improving movements (which also do a lot for full body strength, both visually and non visually).
His workout is good if you want to swell out your t shirts as much as possible, which usually results in flab and fat when you lose the zest to keep up the pace.
Which is fine, if that's what you want.

You do realize it's 6 months ago...right dipshit?
And I only asked because I'm smart enough to look at both photos and see similar looking phone.

damn I hate to hear that. How'd it happen? thankfully mine was only minor and didn't require surgery.
Believe it or not it was the last rep of my last set of the day doing flies with a 5 second isometric hold at the bottom. The previous rep I felt something but decided to push through the last rep....and I got a 6 inch knarly scar on my left pec for it. I am 14 years your senior so I have changed up my lifting and no longer go heavy. So I do high reps and lots of sets (for example today did 5 x 12 at 225lbs super-set with 5 x 12 of wide grip pull ups). I still have a significant loss of strength in my left side and definitely feel it almost a year after the initial insult.
I was down hard for a good 6 months where all I could do was rehab with rubber bands and was admonished by my Doc for doing cardio because he blamed the sweat for a surgical sight infection that almost forced him to go back in. Thankfully I had one of the best shoulder Ortho surgeon do my work (it helps that he is on retainer for my company). All that being said I gained about 30 lbs and trying to get it back off. Once you get past your mid 30's the metabolic slow down is a major obstacle to overcome when trying to shed weight. So upped my cardio on cut out most of the carbs from my diet and I have lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks and want to drop another 40 if possible.
