So after careful consideration, apparently Stricklin wasn't lying to us about the timeframe to make new jerseys.
Look at these closer. No shoulder number for one. Secondly, the stripes on the shoulders aren't sewn on like the maroon ones, they're painted.
These are patch work jerseys. These won't look like the ones were getting for next season.

Got the same jersey for Christmas in #1. Definitely gonna be rocking that for the game.
