True...I had ultra sound treatments to help get rid of mine up under the knee cap...made a world of difference and becoming pain free...it was something that was developed over in the old USSR and my Physical Therapist used it on me...then took his freakin big thumb and put it up under the cap every time I went...but I was able to walk again pain free which I couldn't do before....maybe not the same kind of scar tissue but man that was painful but really worked...and I was on my feet quicker than when I had a similar injury to the same knee before. Similar tears in the same knee...
