I don't find any of them embarrassing, as I can't take any credit for their actions. But if I had to pick, it would be the violent criminals. I suppose you could say I'm ashamed of them.

So I'll go with Hernandez.

On the field, Chris Capps has to get at least a mention.

Off the field, Jimmy Johns for getting busted selling blow in the parking lot of the football practice facility.

definitely. but Shula deserves mention as most embarrassing coach for continuing to play Capps.

although, if we are looking at most embarrassing coaches, this thread could go like 20 pages

It was just a one time deal (I think, may happen again this weekend) but the Swain kid from Auburn with his 'injury' was pretty embarrassing last year.

Most embarrassing thing I remember about Shula was one close game at home that last season...Miss. State, I think...we had 4th and goal at about the 2...Tim Castille and LeRon McClain begging Shula to let them go for it...Shula sends out the FG team..Castille and McClain (pretty sure that's who it was) slamming their helmets down on the turf and storming to the other end of the bench.
