re: Holman

Holman has been cheeks in conference play more often than not. This team just isn’t very good at anything so it results in bad play consistently ...
They got a very favorable draw for first SEC schedule. They avoid Bama, Ole Miss, and LSU. Michigan isn’t going to be the same team at all vs last year. UGA game will be lively. ...
Dude is a fricking unit as a hitter. Love watching him hit except against LSU. Fun player to watch. ...
I like how they said it’s offensive to Hispanics, yet the student did not mention race or ethnicity at all. Yet we’re consistently told the right is racist. ...
Thank God you got Jayden Daniels back to bail them out This
We have no D line depth and starting a slow unathletic guy at linebacker again. Gonna be rough. Offense will be pretty good but it only gets you so far as we saw last year. ...
What UK has done so far has been pretty impressive. Their schedule difficulty cranks up big time in the back half of conference play. Interested to see how they do down the stretch. ...

He sucks and has one pitch that he doesn’t locate consistently. You can be as cocky as you want, but you’re getting drilled every time your name is called. There’s quite a few players that don’t have the talent to compete in this conference on this team. ...

He’s not athletic enough to play SS. It’s pretty clearly evident. Dude has no range at all and is slow getting and releasing the ball. ...

How many total runs did vandy score against lowly Mizzou?...

Why swing at the first pitch?!!! Last thing you could do there was roll over and hit a ground ball. So damn frustrating. ...

re: Grocery inflation

Close to it. Look at the top 3 main producers of food sources and it’s staggering. I listened to a podcast about it earlier this week and they cited their statistics. I’d have to go back and listen for it to dig deeper into the numbers. There’s recorded conference calls if CEOs admitting to raising ...
Well you are gonna love me. ‘Cause I am offended by her and I don’t mind saying so. If she was coaching any other team but yours you’d be offended too. R
Offended by what, exactly? She can be over the top and intense, but what has she done that’s offensive to your delicate psyche?...
Dude is a headcase who will string together a couple solid innings and then just lose it after one bad call. I think he threw 3-4 strikes tonight total. ...

Look at average profit margins of the big food producers over the last 30-40 years and then look at the margins in 2022 and 2023. There’s some increased cost of operation but it isn’t in line with how much profit these companies have made. Something like 10-12% over 40 years to close to 50% in two....
Thompson would make sensational plays that would save us runs and had some pop in his bat. Braswell doesn’t make sensational plays and still makes errors without pop in the bat. SS is a highly scrutinized position, but Thompson would easily be a massive upgrade to the team at the moment. ...
Paul George had a nasty leg break too. Snapped like a twig
That one was gruesome. His leg got pinned under the base of the goal so it wasn’t as freakish as just jumping and landing like the Louisville kid. Still one of the more memorable injuries and had to hurt like hell. ...

2 outs

It’s like 3rd and Chavis right now with LSU pitching with 2 outs. And stop walking the lead off batter, please. ...
That’s some decent money to be on the roster. $22 grand a month is a very comfortable living. Plus the per diem and travel dollars. Save and invest wisely and you could have a solid base for life after football. ...

Pitching was very good. Ump tonight had a very generous zone to add to already good pitching. Can’t blame them, they kept throwing where the ump was calling strikes, albeit a good 6-8 inches off the plate and low, pretty unhittable but for some reason LSU decided not to throw to that spot. Good game...

He needs more than one pitch. BP needs a ton of work. A timely hit would be nice as well. ...
