This is where I post links and bump threads with everyone freaking out over the TE haul/roster back in February, right?

You could, but he still hasn't done anything in a game...in a non-controlled environment.

With that said, he seems like a natural fit at the position. And Bielema knows tight ends. If they're happy with his play and not just blowing smoke, I'll be the happiest guy in the room.

I think it's incredibly encouraging that Chaney thinks TE is the offense's best weapon.

Arkansas OL signee Sebastian Tretola will start out as a center when he arrives. Hogs still looking for someone to own that position.

I'm still holding out hope that Ragnow comes in and wreaks havoc at center like they'd hoped.

**Dan Skipper had a couple of run ins on the field today protecting other offensive players. He told me he isn't taking anything off anyone walkon or scholarship or whatever if they are trying to do something to one of his offensive teammates. He said he doesn't know what he does to get under everyone's skin,

Our defense makes back ups look like Heisman candidates.

Until that changes I'm not getting pumped about any offensive player until I see them wreck house against the powerhouse teams in the West.

Ditto.

I remember before the last two seasons, the practice reports were essentially similar in tone. What we realized come game day is that our defense was horrendous and our offense only looked good against horrendous defenses.

Spring game can now be seen on ESPN3 along with CoxSportsTV for anyone who can't make it this weekend.

Yeah I thought I was going to go but I've got too much work to do so I need to stay in town this weekend. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to watch the game so I'm glad they came through with this one.

Update on that ESPN3 thing. I checked on the WatchESPN app last night and it has it listed but it says subject to blackout. I'm wondering if it will be like last year and will be blacked out for those in Arkansas. If so, you'll still have access to the replay on ESPN3 but just won't be able to watch it live. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Bert said Peavey was running the second offense during the spring game this weekend last night in Texarkana.

Not sure how they are dividing teams and if that means he is 2nd string now or still 3 string.

I can't remember how he set it up last year, but I want to say it was true twos, which means perhaps Austin is still struggling and maybe Peavey is getting his feet underneath him.

So im not sure if any of you watched KATV's spring game special tonight, but Korliss set the bar pretty high.

14-0 with four 1,000 yard rushers

And it's moments like this when you realize these really are just kids still.

I'm sure he was being at least partially sarcastic That's an easy out for the awkward question of "How will y'all do this year?"

Seriously, what should he say there? "Really hoping for seven wins, including one in a subpar bowl. "
