On the Rashad Roundtree front, the lone CB on 24/7 to Duke was from the Duke insider. Well, that changed today as he CB'd Rashad to UGA. I asked around down here in Evans today; and it appears that if he does not choose UGA when he announces, then it would be a surprise to most at the school. It seems the Duke insider feels the same way.

Yeah, making it up here doesn't worry me. He'll get here eventually. Making a noon start for an unofficial from Augusta to Athens can be a stretch. Let's not forget that he was goofing off at Dawgnight with Cleveland and Eason shortly before they both committed

It isn't too bad. My dad and I made the trip for the UT game this past weekend and to make the Dawgwalk we left Evans at 6am. But for a recruit, I would imagine he wouldn't need to leave until 8 or so. This kid is in Athens southeast down here, can't imagine him deciding to go somewhere else to school. I will keep my ear to the ground at the school to see if anything changes before his announcement date in November.

Its all good. We take the good with the bad around here. We love to lay claim to the Augusta National around here in Evans. But he rest of it, they can have.

If I was a recruiter for the Vols I'd never talk football. Instead, I would just take each recruit to the Katch One Club south of town near I-75.
