Jimbo Fisher & Charles Kelly are visiting 5* Marlon Humphrey today. I think that means something...

Charles Kelly will be named the FSU DC per 247.
It also sounds like Sunseri will be given the title of Asst Head Coach, so he may be off the table as well

Per Joe Schad that is a done deal

I think Tyson Summers gets the OLB/ST job.

Where is the urgency to get the new coaches on board? I read an article that stated CMR/CJP'S first priority is to get the recruits on board, but won't the recruits be asking about who their position coach is going to be? Also anyone hear how many support staff they are going to hire and what their roles will be?

I think we in the general public have less than 1/3 of the working knowledge of what occurs within Butts-Mehre. I firmly believe that we are always around at least a day to a day and a half behind when word gets out of hires and any other announcements, sometime much longer. So to say that recruits may not know who may be hired yet is probably a misnomer. Some coaches that are coming aboard to UGA still have to make sure that the schools they are at do not get information second hand, and in addition to the human element of it all, that may take a few days. Recruits know where they stand with the coaching staff, even if we don't.

So Jimbo went full paranoid and made sure CJP didn't steal either? LOL

Right now recruiting is definitely the focus.

From what I hear most of the recruits don't care and their position coach won't make an impact. It sounds kind of sketchy to me but that's what I heard.

Read that this guy might be coming on board. Not as a Coach tho... either as an Asst. in S&C or one of the supposedly "new" support positions that are "allegedly" being created...
Freddie Roach...
Freddie Roach...

I have no problem going with this youth movement on the "D" side of the ball. Great Defense has to be played with enthusiasm & passion. Maybe these up & comers are just what we need as opposed to older, established guys...

I like it too man, and the fact that the guy we hired yesterday and the Roach guy have worked with Pruitt is very comforting

Who knows, these guys might fall on their faces but it won't be from lack of effort, enthusiasm & heart...
