This weekend I shall be in Memphis watching the Mizzou-Georgia game (and every other game on the planet simultaneously) as a humble guest in the home of Tennessee booster Roy Adams, he of the house full of 36 big screens, of proudly and openly flaunting his violations of NCAA rules he didn't agree with, of entertaining politicians and former players at his watch parties, of wearing a coonskin cap and orange blazer to his deposition by the lawyers for two Alabama coaches.

You want Mizzou fans like me to "get" SEC culture? I'm diving right in cannonball style, bitches. This is gonna be epic.

With all those tvs, you would think he could afford a better a/c unit.

Congrats. Watching games with Roy is supposed to be quite the experience. Believe it or not, a lot of big wigs frequent those parties.

Grizzlies GM Chris Wallace to name one.

Definitely jealous. What an atmosphere that'll be. You just know they're going to be rooting for Mizzou.

Pretty cool, actually. I'd like to hang out at one of Roy's parties sometime. He's one of the more colorful, flamboyant, fringe characters of southern football.
