Anyone who is not a part of the team and is angry about Johnny today is someone who just wants to be angry. There's no arguing with people like Roger, just let him bleed all over his keyboard.
Also, you're completely misinterpreting Nguyening's comments.

The player who tweeted that is Nick Elder. He's the guy who tackled Manziel in the 3rd quarter right before another Rice player started mouthing and JFF did the air autograph.
The personal foul was in the 4th quarter. Both players (not Nick Elder) were mouthing at each other and JFF starts walking to the sidelines and turns back around and points at the scoreboard and refs threw the flag.

Yeah, ESPN highlight made it look like that happened all at once, hence some of the confusion.
Here's a different version from Fox Sports that's a little more clear:
harshing Johnny

I really have liked what i've seen from FS1 so far. I'm afraid it's temporary though. Let's hope not.

the autograph thing was playful btw. One of the Rice players jokingly asked for an autograph so he signed it for him on the spot. Both players were laughing about it.

JFF will be fine. This will get sorted out and JFF will have another stellar season. You can chill.

Why does everyone have to have a strong opinion on this? It was a 15 yard penalty. You don't have to have some hyperbolic stance on everything. Despite what ESPN talking heads/Skip Bayless/twitter trends tell you, you can be indifferent on things.
MY stance... I view it like every other 15 yard penalty a twenty year old makes in the NCAA every year. A bone headed thing he probably shouldn't have done. That's it. Not some cathartic manifestation of his character flaw, or some vehicle by which the instant gratification news networks can systematically dismantle Texas A&M University.

FWIW, our game against SHSU last year was RIFE with trash talk. Far more than anything the antics during the Rice game approached. JFF was chirping (hell, both teams were), and we had a player ejected for fighting, not just the bullshite targeting rule (C-Mike). Everyone conveniently forgets instances like that, though, and wants to act like A&M players talking trash to opposing teams is somehow new and horrifying.
