From what I've read, Sheffield will be taking an official visit to A&M. The biggest news in that is the other 4 visits will be solo, while the visit to A&M will have his entire family.
That news, combined with the fact that we have cooled on Boyd and Hill, leave me pretty confident in landing him.

Kendall Bussey is our newest RB target. He is currently committed to Nebraska and supposedly Terry Joseph has a good relationship with him from his time there. He's listed at 5'8 198# and his highlights are impressive. Offer list includes Notre Dame, Okie Lt, Arky and Miss St to name a few. May not be ranked as highly as some others, but looks like a great fit.

Got back from the Hays game... Lanfear was out the first week with a knee injury then came back. Tonight was interesting. Hays alternated him between left and right tackle all night long in different formations. Played better at left tackle, imo. Had a holding penalty playing on the right and missed a couple blocks but at left tackle, he pancakes virtually everyone who got in his way. He sprained his ankle mid-third quarter and didn't come back in the game but it didn't matter as Hays won by three touchdowns anyway.

He was sick and had the flu tonight and his team was upset 28-21 by Woodlawn. Didn't play til the 2nd quarter. Still put up 255 passing and 155 rushing. Amazing.
