Why does everyone think Mizzou is going to make the tourney? Our resume sucks
Other than the road record, Missouri is set.

My fellow rantler, suck is a strong word. Disappointing but there are many others a lot worse off than Mizzou at this point. Would you rather be in Ole Miss' shoes? Bama? UK? Arky? All those teams have shots, I just happen to believe Mizzou's chances are better given what's ahead.

I believe Florida makes it as a #1 seed, both Ole Miss and Missouri will ultimately be in the lower seeds of the tourney both will lose one more regular season game each.
I believe someway somehow either Arkansas or Alabama wins the SEC Tournament to get the automatic bid. So I think 4 teams will get in.

weak SEC = weak LSU and Arkansas programs. Until recently, those 2 teams were 20 win programs yearly. LSU even recovered from the infamous Lester Earl probation to get back to that level, only to see Trent Johnson piss it away.
Not sure what the Hogs need to do to get back, but Johnny Jones looks to have the Tigers back soon (likely next season). Kentucky and Mizzou should be back too, and Fla should stay good. Once that happens, teams like Bama will get the benefit of having a tougher conference reputation, and we'll be back to 6 or so teams in again.
