re: Alabama Baseball Season Long Thread

No coach can possibly be successful here with our facilities and lack of any commitment from the administration, especially in the current atmosphere in the SEC where everybody else treats baseball like a major sport. That said, Gaspard probably does need to go after this year. We are a very young team though starting a lot of freshmen from a to five recruiting class, so there is that. I wouldn't mind giving him another year to see what happens, but I worry that would just be putting a new coach another year behind the eight ball.

I hope the Braves turn out to be as good as I hope because I won't be able to watch much of this baseball team. I love Alabama but our lack of offense just hard to watch.

Conference play starts tomorrow against Tennessee. Hopefully we forget about this recent rough patch and get it together for the real season. Tennessee kinda blows too, if we don't win at least two at home this weekend it could signal a very long season yet again. But, that won't happen, we'll run this thing We're starting Sullivan, Keller, and Turnbull again. I feel like Turnbull should be better, that's a potentially great last name for a pitcher.

Big win for us tonight.Also Wade Wass pinch hit tonight(he has been out with a broken foot since before the season started)and reached on an error by the shortstop.We need to get at least 2 out of 3 this weekend.Roll Tide!

Tennessee sucks at everything. But yes, they suck at baseball real bad. Regardless, we did what we needed to do tonight, so job well done. We need it two more tines this weekend.

Committed four errors tonight and lost 7-6 Not too early to call tomorrow a must win. If we cant at least win the series at home against Tennessee, we're so screwed
