I would say Bama's biggest non-conference rival would be Penn St. I would put Southern Miss ahead of Notre Dame.

Don't change it anymore, cause not a lot will agree with me, but I'd barely even consider Georgia a rival. Only reason they are is because we've lost to them a bunch (until recently) and our states border.
