Had those two touchdowns been scored the gameplan would have been different for both teams.

Suxs your players can't handle the pressure of a big game and fold under the pressure like nobodies business. Thats why not many people think UGA can beat Bama. Whether its Richt or Murray or the receivers or the OL somebody or a combination of all of them is gonna shite the bed in a big game against elite competition.

If you get a minute to watch the SECCG, they may show it and you can laugh then... and think about what could have been...

Is that worse than losing to Kentucky?

Funny you should bring up the season that will have UGA fans butthurt for the rest of their lives. We win the SEC Champ and the NC. You get to beat a crap Hawaii team.
Thanks for bringing up great memories for me. I know it still burns you up in side and that makes me happy.

Oh and should a UGA fan actually be trying to talk smack about losing to Kentucky? And at home might add.

Don't forget we own the series against you puppies.

What are they? More importantly...read throught the entire thread before rehashing the same tired arse argument that other UGA fans have posted.

His record is 1-8...his only win is against this year's UF team. My post from the thread about Mett vs Murray is what inspired this thread:

quote:

Yeah an actual top 25 team...not a team with an arbitrary number beside them because someone thought they would perform better than they actually did.
1-8 (I was mistaken in giving him 2 more losses)...that is all.
0-3 in 2010 (Auburn, Arkansas, USCe)
0-4 in 2011 (Boise, USCe, LSU, Mich St)
1-1 in 2012 (UF win, USCe loss)

I imagine he will flop in the SECCG and subsequent lackluster bowl against mediocre Big10/Big12 competition as well...as per the usual.

I honestly forgot they made a bowl that year. And that they played MSU...thanks.

Stats for the two additional games:
18/31 274yds and 1 TD against Miss State
21/38 198 yds 2 int against UCF

That same Ole Miss team Mett went 22/37 282 yards 0 tds and 2 ints....Murray was 21/28 for 384 yards, 4 tds and 0 ints.

Let's see what Murray does against Bama and then compare it to Mett.

Since we are using transitive properties and all...

well, duh. It was a troll thread that had some good stinkbait and a netter from the LSU fanbase.

As if stats of former performances matter in a game that is upcoming. A game with all new circumstances, challenges, opponent, etc. A game that starts with 0-0 and 60:00 to play. Who knows if Murray will struggle? Who knows if he'll play lights out?

The game, in my opinion, will be a fight. Both teams have the BCSNCG at stake.

16-40 2 int (and lost fumble)
Scoreboard: 42-10

UGa has benefitted from the SEC scheduling gods. They don't make Atlanta in '11 or this year if they played a decent team from the West.
frick Georgia and their whiney fan base.

When trying to predict what a player does in upcoming performances, the only barometer to measure him on is past experiences. Murray is terrible against teams similar to Bama in the rankings historically.

Does that mean he will be terrible against Bama on Saturday (if Bama wins as expected)? Of course not, but it shows it is likely.

Why are we even discussing anything college football related if we can't discuss this?

This thread blows only as much Aaron Murray's performances

Based on your comments in other threads, I thought you were a dipshit. But this is thoughtful and reasonable. Not to say you aren't still a dipshit, I don't know you, but this is a fair comment.

The problem is that you are picking certain statistics that suit your personal opinion and leaving out other data. You are a typical delusional LSU fan that is pissed because you are being "left out" again.

Overall, Murray is one of the best QB's in the country. The best? Naw. But pretty damn good. If you want to talk shite about UGA, there's plenty of fodder. But Murray isn't in that pile. Talking shite about Murray is a red flag that says to smart people "I don't know shite about college football"

So, if a team is ranked in the top 25 when you play them, is that a ranked team?

Let me ask it another way... if you play a ranked team, are they a ranked team?
