If you take an honest look at all the facilities at each school, you might be in for some surprises as to who ranks where on this list. Edit: This list takes into account current facilities, ongoing renovations, and new facilities already in the works.
I've got it like this:
1) Tennessee - Neyland's comfort level for vistors aside, the Vols have or are building, top notch facilities for every team, men's or women's.
2) Arkansas - Wal-Mart/Tyson money doing work here. Arky is top half or better in every sport's facilities.
3) Florida - There's a reason the Gators are so high in the Sears Trophy standings. Great non-revenue sport facilities.
4) LSU - TAF doing work here. Expansions to TS, new tennis and gymnastic facilities planned and in the works.
5) (Tie) TAMU - Has the potential to move up in this list, based on the planned new football stadium. Blue Bell is top notch, as is Reed. Fine non-revenue sport facilties.
5A) Auburn - New basketball facility, new practice field, some of the best non-revenue sport facilities.
6) USCe - The Cocks have fine facilities and are upgrading nicely. Great baseball and basketball facilities.
7) Alabama - Other than BDS, neither Alabama's baseball or basketball facilities is in the top half of the conference. Have some fine non-revenue sport facilities.
8) UGA - Almost the same situation as Alabama. No excuse for UGA not to be higher on this list
9) (tie) Ole Miss - Great baseball and tennis facilities, major improvements to basketball and football stadiums planned or in the works.
9A) Mizzou - Great basketball and non-revenue sports facilities, major upgrades planned and/or in the works for other facilities.
10) Mississippi State - Great baseball facility, major upgrades in works elsewhere.
11) Kentucky - Great basketball facility...although they don't own it...good non-revenue facilities, planning renovations to Commonwealth.
12) Vanderbilt - Last and certainly least. Have fixed up their facilities to near-ACC status.
What you got?
Edit: And feel free to make your own list.

Kentucky - Great basketball facility.
Don't the UK folks say Rupp is a POS and needs major upgrading or even replaced?

Their standards are quite a bit higher than most of the rest of the conference.
