No but the cops in Auburn and T-Town and other places tend to be more lenient with the underage drinking offenses that we tend to get arrested for. It's a fact.

Ugh...i miss Shula, then we wouldn't get singled out all the time.
Did this guy end up being the captain of the Fball team at one point?

Loved Shula as a player, but thank you Mal Moore for firing Shula and getting Saban.

I said tend to be. I've never gotten a ride home from a band party in Athens but I have in Auburn. There's the difference.

No they have it out for UGA football and if you don't think that then you aren't well informed. Ask any UGA fan.

I'm obviously not talking about this. I'm talking about all the times when they get in trouble for stupid shite that is not enforced at other schools.

Oh God. Where to start. Ask any UA fan, the NCAA was out to get Bama. Ask any AU fan, there's a Thamel-Evans-Forde-Schad-Low conspiracy to shut us down.
Ask any fan of any team for an impartial and fully informed view of their team.

Contrary to popular belief Police dont go looking for football players. They just happen to be in the right place at the right time. Your players and as well as other teams, put themselves in a bad situation. Do you think they keep a photo roster in their cruisers?

This is one thing UF and UG can agree on. I think our cops go to the same yearly training courses.

Somebody needs to lay the law down to the players about doing so much stupid shite. Especially when the damn cops are trigger happy and ready to hammer a UGA player so quickly.
If I know in advance that a cop is waiting at the end of the street ready to arrest me for ANY infraction, then I damn sure won't be smokin weed/carrying a gun/drinking and driving.

In this case, Crow drove up to a check point and gave the officer permission to search his car. The gun was under the driver's seat and crow was driving. Not really any kind of targeting by the PD.

not every team in the country can have a saban and miles. we as fans are both very fortunate to have HC at that level. one championship and richt is there
The problem is, he ain't gonna get there. What Richt is doing isn't working.

It's enforced everywhere when it becomes a problem. They(beat patrol) are given orders from higher ups to enforce certain issues when problems arrise. again, if the players didnt put themselves in the situation they wouldnt get in trouble. Suposedly Richt even has someone on staff to check driving records and make sure everyone is straight, but still the problem persist. its not the cops its the players, plain and simple. To blame someone else for another persons actions is wrong

They set up that checkpoint because they know that's the route he drives to Bible study.
