But he came back in the game 5 fricking minutes later. Dude wasn't even injured.
And I like how you refer to gouging out someone's eyes to a "stunt"

Doesn't make it safe or right. He could have seriously been injured.

I am not defending chad's hit. Hits like that ruin people's lives.

Just sayin'. I could understand the uproar if the Vanderbilt player was actually injured.
The hit was bad, yes. But the kid is fine.

You can pretty much bank on his actions after the play is why he's getting this suspension.

Probably didn't help his case that he acted a fool until he was (thankfully) out of the sight of camera

Yeah, but Chad Jones is a puthy. He couldn't even knock out a smallish receiver who was recovering from a stroke. He knocked himself out instead while Joe Adams popped right back up and talked shiite to him.

I'm so confused. I thought the only game on November 5th was Alabama-LSU?

So it is ok to spear as long as the other player is not hurt?

Wade’s action was in violation of NCAA Football Rule 6-4-1 for a flagrant violation of interfering with an opportunity to catch a kick and NCAA Football Rule 9-1-3 for targeting and initiating contact with an opponent using the crown of his helmet. The play occurred at the 9:32 mark of the third quarter.

Wade knocked the guy out cold, it was a bogus call and would not have been made against LSU or Bama
the SEC is a bitch and the NCAA makes them bend over.
