False.
A draft might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of.

Mr. AUoutlaw,
What you just said...is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent idea were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought.
Everyone on this board is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Great idea
I'm sure the 12th & 24th best recruits would love to go to Vanderbilt

I'm sure Louisiana players dying to go to LSU would be thrilled to be drafted by the likes of Vandy or Ole Miss

With the first pick in the draft, Vandy selects Landon Collins out of Dutchtown LA
Landon Collins advisor Archie Manning forces Vandy to trade rights to Tennessee

another idea that sounded better sitting around the bong than it does on the rant.

I think you've hit upon a great idea. But we should expand it to all sports. If the LSU women's soccer team wants to draft the top HS quarterback in Florida they should have dibs. He might like it.

Some questions to ponder. What kind of draft? Traditional? What about a snake-type or auction draft? Would these be viable options? Would it be a nationwide pool to select from or just regional? Would we need to set a limit on the amount of skill players or linemen selected? Was this a serious thought or are you really the dumbest person in the world with access to a computer? All questions we must ponder.

I believe there is one question listed that we can definitively answer.

First all I hear us NCAA needs a play off then now a draft? This already exists it's called the NFL. College/ sec football is great the way it is now it doesn't need change. This topic is stupid

Not really...

Not every kid wants to go to the "best" school. They want to go to the school they can succeed and feel comfortable at. I don't see why football players would be different.

Lol no... LSU, BAMA and Florida will just continue to take all the recruits we want. The conference prestige allows the lower class team to pick up stragglers here and there.

maybe MO
Missouri's classes are generally on par with UK. Mostly 3* and a few 4*. They don't get good classes by SEC standards
