What else did anyone expect DS to say. In his tweet he is already pushing the story toward the NCAA and away from himself. If you are confident in your story do you use the words " allegedly in your discription. Everyone knew that Danny was going to pull a name out the hat and we knew that it would be as concrete as sand.

Actually, that's the perfect word. Anyone that was ever accused of committing a crime had "allegedly" committed a crime right up until their arse was convicted.
