Sewanee was a powerhouse back in the day. Now they're a tiny religious school on a mountain.

my uncle was recruited by Bear Bryant and went to Sewanee in the 60s. I think that was the beginning of their decline b/c they were still producing a couple of NFL players back then

Sewanee's affiliated with the Episcopal Church. It's not like most tiny religious schools.

Its a cool place. You drive around in the middle of nowhere, mountain country TN and bam there you are. Saw Edgar Meyer play there two years ago. Awesome place.

yea i went up there a few years ago. they are so horrible at football. its laughable. i'm willing to bet just about any kid who wanted to play there could.

Sewanee? Sounds interesting. Maybe we can bring in Robert Neyland the Third and he can lead us to 4 national championships.
