DWRRS.
Of course, I've only been to RRS, WMS, and Vaught-Hemingway, so it's an easy call.

Aesthetically pleasing BDS loudest was LSU but other than Legion these are the only two cfb stadiums I have been to so I may not be a very good judge

Jordan-Hare was the best opposing teams

Best view was Husky Stadium in Seattle. Unfortunately, the stadium itself was garbage.
Track around the field FTL.

really the only great thing about huskey stadium was the view of the lake, which was pretty spectacular.
Of course I want to say TS, but I'll go with....Wrigley Field. Or if you insist on college, I'll give it up to either Bama or Sanford Stadium

Yankee Stadium both old and new

you just want people to say bama don't you?
Honestly though, that's a tough one. I think once you get to that top tier of all the things you mentioned it's just a large group. Bama, LSU, Georgia, Auburn all meet that criteria and I look forward to going to those places each time.

I'm a sucker for Bowl Stadiums and I also enjoy stadiums that bring the game experience close to the fan. So I actually have 2.
1) Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto is by far the coolest stadium I've been too. It's small, I think seats around 50K. But it's new and it's double decked all around the field. It brings the 50K of fans very close to the field wherever you sit in the stadium. Because it is new its open air with plenty of restrooms.
2) California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley California. This is Traditional Bowl Stadium built in 1923 and seats about 71K of fans. I like it because it is not too big. Even if you are up on the last row you have a good seats anywhere in the stadium. The stadium is now receiving a much needed renovation. One really cool thing to do is to go up to the top row on the west side of the stadium and look over the top to view a great view of the entire San Francisco Bay Area. The stadium also has no lights. So for games on TV that go late they have to set up temporary lighting.
Tight Wad Hill
*Tiger stadium would be my choice if it had no upper decks. I miss the Bowl look of Tiger Stadium. I think the new additions destroyed the classic look of the stadium.

Bama, LSU, and Auburn are nice. Not SEC related, but Lane Satdium (VT) is awesome. they get loud in that place. It holds about 65,000, and you would think 150,000 are in there. And the "Enter Sandman" intro is pretty bad arse.

Best in-game experience: White Out game at Penn State, followed by last weekend at Mississippi State.
State's in-game production is really fun with the huge high-def video board and good music over an awesome sound system. Crowd was really into it, too, and rang the cowbells responsibly.
The Penn State white out game we went to in 2008 was almost surreal. A nearly complete white out and it seemed all 110,000 fans were chanting and singing together.
Best stadium? Maybe Penn State or The Shoe at Ohio State. Can't think of any new football stadium I've been to with the new conveniences. Basketball would be the FedEx forum in Memphis.
The club level at State is great. Good food, lots of TV's playing games inside, sideline seats, a field-length wall of windows so you can see the game from inside, and roomy chairbacks that are covered overhead.

I won't count Tiger Stadium because of bias, but I love UGA's stadium. Went back in 1999 when LSU played there. Haven't been to Alabama's yet, but from the pictures, that one looks like the best in the league right now.

In no order:
RRS
Doak Campbell
The Swamp
The Doak is a great place to watch a game imo. 80,000 seat stadium and not a bad seat in the house.
Edit: The nicest stadium has to be Jurrah World though. I was thinking of just college stadiums. The Death Star takes the cake on nicest.

LSU game day is great, Georgia has unbelievable view walking down the street into stadium, it is fine in their. Fla State has great view, smaller stadium. Michigan is huge but shaped like a saucer, and quiet. I give credit to all SEC big stadiums for atmosphere and facilities.

Kentucky has by far the cleanest stadium I've ever been to. That is one of my favorite road trips.

There are rumors that we're adding 7,500 seats as well as new press and luxury boxes, and new scoreboards.

Miss St making fun of Death Valley....Now that is funny. Your high school stadium with your giant RCA TV is fine.....
