When were you last in Davis Wade stadium? Our tailgating and in-game atmosphere have improved tremendously over the past couple of years. There have been positive posts/articles on MSU's atmosphere by Razorback fans/writers regarding our game last weekend.

Yeah the Junction is the epitome of college sports tailgating. I completely agree.

Yeah everything I have read from our fans that attended Saturday said that is what by far the best they had ever seen DW be since we started playing there and that it was just loud as hell all night long.

i was last at state for the first game of '07. tremendous improvement might move state up one spot. it's unlikely state could do anything to overtake tennessee. while there were some things i didn't like about tenn/neyland, it was still a great experience and i would definitely go back. state, probably not.

We actually went to Provo when MS State destroyed BYU at home. I must say, it was a full moon and the Wasach? mountains in the background made for an awesome site

Auburn was one of the best visits I have taken. The atmosphere in and out of the stadium was Awesome. Florida is a close second.

Been to a good many road games, leaving JHS off the list so no allegations of homerism. Here's my list:
1. The Swamp - great crowd, cool place

2. Death Valley - escalators are dank

3. Sanford - Alot bigger than it looks from the outside. Love the bridge etc.

4. Raymond James - Very nice, love the fact that you get a chairback etc. Overall a cool bowl.

5. BDS - Probably the best as just a facility. Have always thought the crowd and the noise somewhat subdued for a big stadium though

6. Davis Wade - I like the cowbells and the video board is cool

7. Neyland - I only went to one game (and it was an AU win pre-renovation) but the concourses were AWFUL and the crowd was unimpressive for 100k

8. Georgia Dome - Something ain't right about playing indoors. But the beer is awesome.

9. Vaught-Hemingway - Busch league high school arse stadium. If I can drop a mini from my seat and it fall onto the head of a guy in line for concessions, you have a bullshite stadium.

the aggies would threaten your life for this. they think their game experience is better than lsu, much less texas, auburn and georgia.

#9 Sun Devil #18 Arizona
i wouldn't think there would be that much difference between these two. what were your experiences like?

inside the stadium was great. outside...no so much. their cheers are quite lame as well. scary brain-washing goes on there.

Arizona was very very lame. ASU fans are completely awesome. they don't dig football like we do but I equate them to west coast Tigers the way they party

The Yale Bowl for the Harvard - Yale game is about as good as it gets in the true spirit of college football. UMass also has a nice atmosphere. I like the older campus feel for college football.

BDS is the nicest, LSU is the loudest and most fun with the best game day atmosphere. I have been to the last three Bama games at Tiger Stadium and have not had any problems.

I wouldn't say nicest, but the Rose Bowl was really cool to be able to go to. Really excited I was able to visit that stadium.

I guess JHS is the nicest.

Ive been to LSU, UGA, MSU, AU, Georgia Dome, Rose Bowl in my lifetime. Really going to try and hit every SEC stadium within the next 5 years.

Going to Beaver Stadium next year!!!

Best view was Husky Stadium in Seattle. Unfortunately, the stadium itself was garbage.

This...

It was just old and not updated.

The new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington FTW

As for college, I'd going with BDS as the nicest but Tiger Staium for best atmosphere

Asthetically pleasing to the eye, Loud, Fun Gameday experience, etc.

I see no stipulations on this, so here goes...

SEC: I have seen games in DWRRS, War Memorial, Tiger Stadium, Neyland and Old Miss.

I would rate them aesthetically as such:

1. DWRRS - Great amenities, huge Pig-Screen, Gorgeous setting in the mountains

2. Tiger Stadium - Love the classic feel, Golden Girls

3. Neyland - Looks like they forgot to finish it on the outside. Orange is ugly. Seats only wide enough for one cheek

4. War Memorial - Got that "broken in" look. Bit of a dump, but it's OUR dump.

5. Old Miss - Absolutely NO redeeming features. It rains garbage underneath the bleachers all game. Banners commemorating division co-championships. A student section clad mostly in seer-sucker. Smaller than most high school stadiums in texas

Now, for ALL Stadiums I've ever seen a game in...

1. Dallas Cowboys Stadium
2. Camden Yards
3. Dodger Stadium
4. Texas Stadium
5. SMU's new on-campus stadium
6. Old Texas Rangers Stadium
7. New Comiskey Park
8. Cotton Bowl
9. Orange Bowl
10. That place they played the Music City Bowl
11. Independence Bowl Stadium
