Yes, the extension and raise he signed in July just won't be enough. He's already looking for more, four months later.

Sounds like you've figured out the Sexton machine, gump.

ARM has established a reputation of consistently negotiating record-breaking compensation agreements for its clients. That reputation has been earned as a result of careful preparation and ongoing research of recent trends in contracts and in the collective bargaining agreements that govern professional sports leagues. ARM has cultivated a wide network of industry contacts among the various players' associations, team front offices, and coaching staffs. These contacts provide an invaluable understanding of the factors that influence a particular team's negotiating strategy. Armed with knowledge of a particular team's profit and loss position, the team owner's personal financial history, and the team's philosophy with regard to bonuses, incentives, and pay scale, ARM can negotiate from a position of strength and can maximize a client's ability to obtain a favorable contract.

there is no way in hell Saban leaves...his credibility would be completely gone forever...

IMO the ONLY job he could leave for and have a shred of credibility left is LSU

Over 40 posts from people with the little bama A next to their name. I'd say they are a little jumpy, but I'm sure they'll call it something else.

better question is why do you think Saban cares about being credible? "I will not be the next Coach at Alabama" ring a bell?

it's really simple. Those that don't have him are obsessed with Alabama NOT having him. and those that HAVE him are obsessed with the entertainment that comes along with watching those that DON'T have him obsess over him.

capice?

We can't believe how delusional you people are. I'd be willing to be my life Saban is not leaving...Thats how sure I am. Boy...this place got more rumors than a room full of bitches in a hair salon. And whats funny is nobody has 1 ounce of credible evidence thats suggests he is even remotely thinking about leaving. Just grab a rumor by the horns and ride it out huh? Bitches in a hair salon I tell ya, Bitches!

And those who have had him and don't any more are obsessed with the entertainment of watching those who currently have him do what they do this time of year, every year, which is constantly tell themselves he will never leave us, because this is a special place like none other

Doesn't matter to me one way or the other, and I think he eventually leaves, but I feel like it will be to go back to the pros in order to prove something to himself, not for the money. I just get a kick out of laughing at goofballs like you.

The difference is (drum roll please):

This really is a special place!!!! Nah seriously...this is a completely different circumstance. He wanted to come back to college football and this job was open. If LSU and Bama was open at the time he chose to come back he would have come back to LSU. The stars didn't line up for that to happen so he's at Bama now. All this," He has no credibility, He chases the money, blah blah blah" is BS. He took an annual pay cut to come here. Funny how people forget that.

He got out of Miami while the getting was good, before he was shown the door, and while he had a great exit option in front of him. And don't forget, he could win 10 national championships at Alabama, but he will always be a failure in teh NFL if he never goes back. You think he is ok with that? Nevermind, I already know the standard bama line

Go ahead and laugh...if I had Leslie Miles I wouldn't be laughing too hard. I'll do my laughing from the GA Dome in early december for the next couple of years (or at least till you guys get a coarch that can compete). With you out of the way...the west should be ours for the next couple of years.
