Notre Dame's mountain of cash crushes any SEC school's. The only question is whether Saban would want to move, and obviously the answer is in all probability "no."
Then again, the plus-sides are that the superstitious Domers would worship Saban as a God even more than Bama does, and Saban could recruit the shite out of ND and destroy their weak-arse schedule.
