If/when Blake Baker spurns LSU, does his decision say more about Mizzou or LSU?

MIZ...

It would mean LSU moved on

It would mean he got mizzou to pony up more cash.

It would mean he likes where he’s at and got paid to stick around.

It says that nobody in the SEC gives a shite about mizzuo and nobody ever will.
Don’t overestimate your relevance in college football.

So that wouldn't be a slap in the face, LSU? Come on, no way he'd stick with the yankee Tigers when he could take his wife back home.

We don’t even know if this is true

It means he wanted to stay in the big 12 because they just lost the 2 teams worth a damn. Coast to the playoffs.
Edit: keep forgetting Missouri is in the SEC.

It won’t say much of anything except what’s important to Blake.
If he wants to work for Kelly in Baton Rouge, he’ll go to LSU. If he wants to work for Drinkwitz in CoMo, he’ll stay.
And either move could be mostly temporary, whether getting a head coaching job or his boss getting fired. College football is a tough business.

Both decisions should be business decisions.

Wolfhound, you are correct. Mizzou isn't bad business, but lots of coonasses can't accept it.

Look in the mirror.
Texas and Okie joining just relegated you coonasses to the second division.

Exactly. How do we know that chicken didn’t start this rumor to generate traffic?
Food for thought…..

I'd assume it means Baker is pissed that Kelly didn't retain him.
If LSU is even interested, I would think his buyout would rebuff them a bit. Not convinced the 247 report isn't someone just making some guesses due to the obvious connections.

If we want him we will get him. Hope and pray we decide to hire elsewhere but I like the option

And if he has to talk over the phone with a female staff member, he better be wearing pants.

This. The way BK and Woodward keep leaks to an absolute minimum, the fact that this came out almost means it will be anyone BUT Baker
