Not saying he’s not good enough to win LSU fans but right now to many undefeated teams with good qbs .

The award has morphed from Most Outstanding player to best player on undefeated team or in NC

The Heisman is decided by the shite for brain media. Whomever they get behind, that's who wins it.

Back when Charles Woodson won it over Peyton Manning, I swore off that dumb arse award. It has little validity.

The Heisman has been a joke for years. There are many years were better players than the winner played for subpar teams. If you need an example look at the winner from Notre Dame with a losing record.

Of those 5, give it to Bowers.

No problem with Gabriel being high in the rankings. That game winning drive against Texas was championship stuff. It has become a QB award, so it will likely go to one of the great QB’s this year, and I won’t argue.

As to who has Bowers owned? I know it is this years award, but don’t be obtuse. He has owned practically everyone at some point in the past 3 seasons, so don’t act like he’s a flash in the pan and like he hasn’t don’t this to every level of competition since September of 2021. He deserves to be in the conversation.

Two tight ends have won the Heisman trophy. The most recent one was in 1949.

I’d they truly gave it to best player in College Football, the winner would be Brock Bowers. And that no bias.

I have to be honest, I'm a little disappointed in the football IQ of the avg SEC fan.

Saturday vs Texas was Gabriel's 4th highest rated game out of 6 this year.

The Heisman is not supposed that. It’s supposed to be the most outstanding player In College Football. Does matter

It's Week 5, he's playing great on a top 5 team and just beat #3 on the road.

He should absolutely be in the discussion

Not having Jayden Daniels on there is a crime though. Right now he's the best QB in the country

Anyone that doesn't have Jayden Daniels in their top 5 is an idiot, and that's taking my P&G glasses off. He and Penix are 1A and 1B. They should both take home hardware this year.

Daniels for LSU needs to be on that list. If he beats Bama and A&M, he has a shot.
