An A&M school ought to be able to figure out how to grow trees there. Kinda barren. Town is clean. Low crime rate.
The A&M campus - everything is nice. The baseball stadium is undersized by SECW standards but does have a railroad track nearby which authentic baseball stadiums should have.
Restaurant scene is underwhelming. 'Bout it.
