I'm a Nike guy. I don't really love UA. Glad they finally improved those tiny names on the jerseys; it was an embarrassment imo. But i would rather stay with UA than go with Adidas.

Bookmarked.

Why would you book mark that? Our original UA deals paid us above market value, not absurd that UA is now trying to lower their purchase price now they have other big names joining the fold.

If what I heard is true, we will not be embarrassed when the new UA deal is announced.

I think Adidas has the edge over everyone but Nike when it comes to shoes though

Adidas makes the worst uniform in football - hands down. I would rather Auburn sign with Faded Glory than wear Adidas crap.

If anything let's stay with UA.

Dear gawd, do not even let Adidas touch this university.

Should get Nike cleats and keep UA for jersey and other stuff. UA cleats are light years behind the swoosh when it comes to specialized custom cleats that many of our players need.

The NBA MVP last year wore Under Armour while the face of Adidas keeps having knee injuries.. UA might have past Adidas in that category by now

I think it is a bit of a stretch to blame Adidas for Derrick Rose's glass knees but I see your point and like the progress UA is making

I think Rose could blow out a knee grocery shopping at this point.

UA is growing massively and has a recent track record of picking and endorsing winners across the board.

Auburn will be no exception.

Under Armour is struggling. And their giant logo hoodies won't help. The shirts they put on Gus aren't inspiring either.

JGT: We're hearing that Auburn has listened to multiple overtures from both Under Armour and adidas during the past several months.

He did not mention Nike. Contract ends in spring 2016.

IMHO: we need to stay with UA. Opinions?

Only one I would have us switch to is Nike outside of staying Under Armour and then it would be who offered the better deal. Nike would help with basketball if we got back involved in camps again.

They aren't tanking they made some mistakes in Q4 2016 and I'm sure they'll learn from it. They're still relatively young as a mass merchandiser. Their revenue is still growing and the market fallout was due to them not growing as much as they projected.
