I was really upset with him after the season for the way we lost those games but I would have voted to keep him. After the lack of effort in this recruiting class I am done with him. Lazy recruiting effort. He will never compete with the bama uga lsu and A&M. This has nothing to do with the rumors that none of my business.

Exactly my thoughts. But that doesn't mean the narrative will disappear.

Move on.

Guilty or not, the perception is guilty to the public and it will be used against the team and future recruits.

Move on. Hire Hugh Freeze.

i was on board with him for many reasons - methodical, hardworking, no nonsense, willing to make decisions like fire bobo. i've been disappointed in his ability to meet our needs in the recruiting game though, specifically OL and WR, and that's pretty huge. ultimately i don't think he'll be able to recover from this so-called "scandal" and regardless if these accusations come out as untrue and it blows over, i don't see him wanting to stay working for people that tried to get him out. so we need to move on.

There are rumors that Gogue plans to stop the Freeze hire.

Gonna need Grimes instead.

Best for everyone to move on as this relationship is damaged beyond repair.

That won’t be the reason he gets fired. That’s only discord material.

Big difference between Urban and Hugh don’t you think?

Y’all frickers are so mentally beat down that you think Freeze is a great coach. The dude has done nothing but beat Saban twice and one of those was a pure fluke. Freeze is a lessor version of Gus. Hell he gotbeat by ULM. Terry Bowden did a better job last year than Freeze.

frick it fire Harsin and bring back Buster Brown

Every coach should get a three year opportunity to run their program with their assistants and their recruits. Harsin hasn't had a chance to do that. For those with buyers remorse, you should have chosen better.

I've not heard anything to warrant moving on and paying a full buyout, it just seems reckless. He's not done well, but spending 18m to cut bait is probably not good stewardship. So that's my take on the responsibility of it all.

On a practical level, I hope a settlement is reached and he goes.

I'm an for giving him more time but he'd have to come with a plan for building relationships in recruiting and creating a different work environment. This is the South. It's ALL about relationships. If he can't do that then it's a bad fit and he should go.

Which kids are those? You mean the existing contingent that are still on the team but are seriously considering leaving and aren't happy with Harsin, but are keeping quiet because they're not morons?

You understand that we aren't finished bleeding players to the Portal, right?

The fact that you think that Nick Brahms and 3-4 others speak for the entirety of the team is comical. Use your freaking brain: if you were a current player on the team but was anti-Harsin, do you think you'd go and call your head coach out BEFORE even finding out whether or not he's returning next year?

Guys like Nick Brahms who support Harsin have absolutely no reason NOT to speak up. The other side isn't going to say anything in public until he's either gone, or they're playing for some other team. That's called common sense.

Amongst Nick Brahms supposed "group" was Tank Bigsby who I can tell you for certain doesn't care for Harsin. Dude spent half the season pouting, came a second away from leaving the team, and is only still here because he got paid to do so. Tank isn't an idiot so he'll say and do the right things.

The contingent of support isn't as big as you think it actually is. Otherwise, where is the player uprising? Why hasn't it happened yet?
