It's the playcalling and the defense...

How hurt is Jadaeveon Lawson, BTW?

The play calls look bad because his offense is dependent on wide open WR aided by a dangerous running game. We don't have the oline to run like LSU nor the QB to make up for some of the issues on the oline. It is hard to call plays when you can't run the ball.

I agree, but that's not going to go over well here.

Dude.... JJ turned the ball over twice today and should have had another intercepted but the dude fricking dropped it.

He is a large part of the problem.

Ummmmmm... yes.

It is.

QB is the most important position on the field.

When you're QB is a VAST net negative, the rest of your team will follow.

As much as I'd like for what you said to be true, JJ is the biggest problem right now. He consistently murders any momentum that AU has. Malzahn's playcalling in the LSU game was a big improvement over the previous two games. When a QB can't hit simple passes, it kills drive after drive.

Of course, it's also Malzahn's fault for sticking with him. shite coaching on his part.

Yea he is the biggest problem. He has the talent but his mental state is screwed. Sean is fit for it. I'm not the type to diss a player but JJ is done

The problem is JJ and Gus's weird commitment to play him regardless.

Jeremy bent our own defense over today time and time again.

The routes could be 10000000000000x better, but Johnson can't even throw a 3rd and short pass to a wide open speedster on an out route.

And the defense didn't just give up 400 yds rushing?!

Right but 14-0 we still had a chance until JJ was a derpasaurus.

And he wasn't even looking toward smith. He was looking at the guy who was 3 yards past the like of scrimmage who was covered.
