I think they are on spring break right now. The media only gets a viewing period on Mondays, so probably another week until we hear much. Unless some of our insiders want to show up lol.

And I don't think Freeze likes that type of petulant attitude out of a starting Qb either.

No he doesn't. He made comments about the QB room needs to grow up.

Coates could’ve easily had 1500+ yards in 2013. Marshall overthrew him a lot.

Lol Coates couldn’t catch

Coates was nice in the TAMU game too. First time I'd ever seen a WR bodyslam a DB after a catch.

Hell, Coates lit bama up too. For all the hell he caught for being stone hands, he showed out in some big time games for us. Heck of an athlete

Jayson Jones was on Locked on Auburn today with Zach.

Interesting nuggets. M’ba is playing the 5/SDE. He said that guy is strong and fast doesn’t know how strong he really is.

Dillon Wade hasn’t lost/been beaten in pass rush drills all spring.

Said Avery Jones is a technician and will hit you.

Said Britton and Tate were doing good as well.

It sounds like the OL is already night and day from what we’ve seen the past several years

Oh he also said Stutts is getting healthier. I didn’t know he was suffering any injuries but they haven’t been very forthcoming with that information lately.

Yes that’s kind of weird. Freeze has been transparent with the media up until Spring practices started but since has revealed very little about what they are doing. No depth charts, very limited viewing windows for practices (20 min per week) and he’s not disclosing who is being held out or why. All the more puzzling when you look at old videos of Spring practice at Liberty where he talks about the ones and twos, and uneven distribution of reps, etc. not what he is saying they are doing at AU. It’s all ok with me, I just find it strange.

I saw an interview with Cole a few weeks back and he said Wade was a stud on film, great skill set, seems to be translating on our practice field.

Corch, I was surprised about Jones comment about Stutts. It sounded as if it was an injury from last year and now that he is healthy he is moving a lot better.

Nice pass from Holden, get used to it, gonna see a lot more this fall

That would be awesome. That would mean Ashford and the starters have a yuuuge lead!

I don't want to rustle any jimmies, but I heard that he won't be the guy in the fall. It was 2nd had info from a decent sauce. I guess Ashford could always turn it on and change some minds, but right now, he's not the plan.

Who is your sauce saying? Someone not yet with the team? More practice highlights today on YouTube. Not much has changed from the past practice videos. Holden still throwing mostly to the backup WRs, had a couple bad throws in the videos. Ashford had a couple bad low throws that the WRs had to slide to catch. Scooter still throws high and some way too high to even get a finger on.

P.S. If you watch the defensive video, you will see the most spectacular mullet you’ve ever seen at the 1:22 mark.
