I know the sweeps aren't everyone's favorite, but they know they won't always get Huge gains or positive yards. They are also used to set up other plays later in the game. Not every play in football is designed to be sexy and grand in design.

Coaches are looking for tendencies of defenses and coverages on certain called plays. Then they will run what looks like a sweep and do something completely different.

Louis did fine. It must really suck to have a guy avg 5.2 yds a sweep. Btw he only touched the ball 4 times, and yes scored on one of them. Not too shabby. Stick to recruiting and just be shitty on that subject.

He wasn't blaming the refs, he was blaming the WR's holding our defenders downfield.

I didn't see it on TV as much as I saw it from the stands. Not as evident from the camera angles. I thought it happened at least twice from my vantage point. The refs were closer and maybe I was just seeing things...

It happened a bunch. I was right behind the team, and on row 30. We had guys being drug to the ground from behind.

24, I am certain that if you check your email, that you have tons of offers to be OC somewhere. Just keep looking...and looking.
