Nobody likes getting blue balled but then again, Landon Rice came from a good family and he knew better than to continue against her wishes. He isn't an untamed beast. Should've kept his pickle in the jar. He deserves prison.

Man those were tough texts to read. Terrible situation. He never coming back on the team. Dude knew better, I'm sure there would have been numerous other times he could have scored and this was not the time.

Honestly after reading the texts he's a POS and deserves whatever he gets.

And his texts "apologizing", I don't believe he was genuinely sorry for a second. He went to "please let's forget this/ put this behind us/ don't tell anybody" so fast that it was obvious that's all he cares about and the only reason he tried to talk to her.

If she was truly telling him that she didn't want to do it, then yeah he should've respected her and gone his own way....but now he'll land himself in jail.
Not excusing it by any means, but I have had girls in the past say they didn't want to have sex before, only to then decide they wanted it minutes later.
It's a difficult situation but absolutely he knows better than to just force the situation. He'll end up in prison as a result.

How is that in any way similar to a situation like this where it was made clear she said no and did NOT change her mind "later"?
Or are you just inventing somehow the fact that she did? And IF she did, why would he be groveling and debasing himself like he knew she did NOT?

Uh...relevance? I mean, unless you're saying that you just forced it in while they were saying no and magically they ended up liking it and thanking you for violating their stated wishes. In that case, you've been with some really screwed up chicks.

Bottom line is no one knows the circumstances or context of this incident other than the two people involved... and considering they were probably both drunk, they can't know with 100% certainty.

No not at all insinuating that she later said okay. By the texts, she obviously told him no and he went ahead and did it anyways. Not sure how you got that from what I said.

LOLno. I'd never force a girl to have sex against her wishes and definitely not just force it in on some girl. That'd be rape. I'm saying VERBALLY convince them to have sex.

Sounded to me you were insinuating that that's what happened in this case. If that's not what you were insinuating, then I don't know why your statement above is relevant. Except to say that women eventually all gave in to you? And, still, why would that be relevant?
