A few times. Last time I was there they had just started using the large white lettering over the bar. Previously, just the chalk taps
Edit: and they expanded the covered patio area

I went when they first started it and didn't go back until a few weeks ago. It turned out looking better than I expected.

Son of a bitch. Any in Auburn?
Seems like it's only around B'ham.

The rule of snake handler: Two is recommended, three is pushing it, four and you're about to make a fool of yourself.

Not sure if I will buy a grawler of it again. I have to pound it. Loses it fizz after a couple of days.

Wise words to live by. First time I had it, drank 3 pints got up to go to the head and realized I needed to remain seated for a little while.
ETA.....a little OT but has anyone heard if any of the distributors in Alabama are opting into that program Inbev is promoting where the distributors get bonus checks for only carrying their beer?

AB has been so butt hurt over the craft brewing scene. Maybe if you made more than one decent beer people wouldn't flock to micro brews.

I read somewhere that AB has lost like 4% market share over the last year.....which doesn't seem like much until you look at their volume. They, along with Miller Coors and Constellation, have been buying up microbreweries like crazy. I don't care who makes it, as long as it is good.

That will hurt folks living in rural areas with limited options on where to purchase. And of course, it's not good for the brewers trying to expand their brands.
Alabama had an alcohol study panel suggest some important changes to the legislature that should pass this year (growler fills, retail beer at the breweries, etc). We're watching that very closely in Georgia. Distributors here absolutely bend us over and go in dry

AL.com had an article about it this week saying that the ABC board has approved of the recommendations and they have a really good shot at passing. Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi have some of the most convoluted liquor laws in the free world.
