I like these two, which I get to drink when I am in Seattle on business (often).

Pyramid Hefeweizen
Mannys Pale Ale

Both are awesome.

I've been drinking a lot of local (Atlanta) beer. Seems like a new brewery opens every week.

Bought some Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest. Any beer is good in this weather if I can sit on my porch.

Avondale's Vanillaphant stout hands down. Backfourty Fence post is a goto ale.

Motherfricking this.....except it's a porter not a stout. Is is also fricking delicious.

Also Abita has redeemed itself with wrought iron.....they should burn everything ever related to jockamo.

Currently in my fridge I got some youngs double chocolate, 420, west coast ipa, and fairhope stout. Oh and tGOAT white cans.

I had some TinRoof Gameday IPA over the weekend. Not too bad.

Lately, my fall jam has been the following:

Straight to Ale Oktoberfest
Whole Hog pumpkin ale
Clawhammer Oktoberfest

Clawhammer is a really solid choice. Anything by Highland is.
Lately I have been enjoying the Ballast Point Pumpkin Down, a fall take on their Piper Down Scottish Ale.

Speaking of Scottish Ales, Avondale Long Branch is an excellent choice.

I'll introduce you to Nashville beers...

Three of Nashville's brewers are actually located within about a quarter mile of each other, those being Jackelope, Yazoo, and Tennessee Brew Works.

The most popular brewery in the state is Yazoo. My favorite from them is their Dos Perros.

Jackelope has a beer called Thunderann which is probably the most popular from them and my favorite too. I don't know much off the top of my head about Tennessee Brew Works.

There's much more to craft beer in Nashville besides these three though...

Dos Perros is good.

I had Crown Valley's pumpkin stout this week and thought it was miserably awful.

I have DFH's Palo Santo Marron in the fridge right now. Going to go with a can of something or another for this weekend. Since we're playing tonight I'll be in the woods until Sunday.

Atlanta has some great breweries.

Wild Heaven's Ode to Mercy is my favorite. One of the founders of Wild Heaven is an AU grad.

I also enjoy Yazoo's Dos Perros

I was in Mississippi this past weekend and had Crooked Letter's Mystery Romp. It was excellent.

So, what are the odds that if JJ plays, he looks like the world-beater from last year's Arkansas game and not the disaster from this season.

15%?

(try to derail the beer thread with talk of football, for a friend)

I was thinking the exact same thing. Strange.....

I have some Dogfish in the fridge I imported from Ellijay, Ga over the weekend. Make sure to numb my senses for the shitshow tonight.
