I googled Jermaine Whitehead and couldn't find anything. The link on the last page had him with the 49ers but said it was unconfirmed.

Dudes about 5'7" in real life. I know this because I've seen him around town, identified by last name on his team issued back pack, and had a 5'7" girl I was with go stand by him for reference.

Those pro days outside of the combine are they as accurate in the measurables?

Yes, the measurement is typically done by an NFL scout or representative. The NFL wants accurate measurements.
Compare Mincy in this photo to Grant who measured 5'8 and 7/8ths (ie: 5'9) and you can clearly see that he is in fact ~5'10.

The NFL doing the measurements was all I needed. I know they do accurate measurements. It's where the truth finally comes out about these players measurements.
