DC is one of my all-time favorite Auburn Tigers. He sucks as a WR coach.

Darius Slayton. If he was any good, his redshirt would have been burned after Duke was kicked off.

Kodi burns and Jonathan Wallace say hello.

From August:

quote:

Rhett Lashlee says he's confident in his receivers this season.

"We've got some really good options," says Auburn's offensive coordinator.

There's Melvin Ray and Ricardo Louis and Marcus Davis. There is speedy junior college transfer Jason Smith, and Myron Burton and Tony Stevens. There are some young guys. And there's Duke Williams, who missed Friday's practice because for what Lashlee called "personal business."

Dude is in his mid 20s. Pathetic if they were coddling him after that drop. He deserves to get chewed. If he can't handle that as a grown man then I dont want him on my team

What good would chewing a senior out over his last meaningful snap of college football? I wouldn't tell a pilot whose plane is about to crash what he should have done differently

For all the WR coaches on the board how do you teach a player to catch the ball?

To me it eye and hand coordination some have it (come easy for them)some not as good (have to really work to get better). The only way to get better is catching lots of ball. Player have to do this on their on. Coaches are limited hours a week.

Tape up a brick with athletic tape and throw it to them until the learn to catch it.

The WR's have played poorly, but we have been dropping balls for years it isn't new this season. One thing that stands out to me over the last 4 games is that JJ has played ok, but drops have killed him.

I hope our next QB isn't on campus.

Some folks have to make sure everyone is held accountable and ridiculed for every mistake they make. Internet folks are much tougher than folks in real life.
