I wasn't around for ATPB. How does this melt compare to that one? (I have never seen anything like this one since I have been here)

Triple this melt and then stretch it out over several months

Triple? How about 10 times? And it didn't help that the admins were pumping it up

As the Plains Burn. It was a thread full of conspiracy theorists that were convinced they figured out how we paid Cam. Flow charts and all that jazz.

Sad part was it got stickied.

How many pages did that end up going to?

Im not sure which is more incredible, that they stickied it or that their dissonance levels were so high that they made flow charts to convince them they were right.

1000+ pages of pure BS. Money laundering, hookers, hitmen and FBI wiretaps. It all read like a cheap dime novel.

I'm gonna side with lsu on this... UF was either ignorant of the situation, or went out of their way to sabatoge playing this game. I can't decide which.

The league office shoulda stepped in and forced florida's hand IMO.

I can understand delaying the game until Sunday or Monday if you are playing in Gainesville. The only problem with moving the game to Baton Rouge is once you get there you might end up away from home for an indefinite amount out time due to road damage.

Wonder what will happen if it's sunny on Saturday in Gainesville? Remember when curry refused to take bama to a&m because of hurricane related safety concerns and it wound up being a nice day? ????????

It became the benchmark for long threads with 1000 pages

All the Auburn fans retreated to the recruiting board and effectively made a "team thread." Probably the reason they created team boards

Didn't even have recruiting board back then I don't think.

But we did have the nightly IM thread. And that's about it

You're welcome Rant

But I do think LCT is right. I was a lurker on here in the ATPB days and I don't think they had the recruiting board until after I signed up to post. The team recruiting threads on the recruiting board definitely led to the team boards though. I do kinda miss the back and forth that used to happen on the recruiting board pre-team boards.

Is BuccWildbammer or whatever his name is now still around? I don't really look at the Bama board

Has anyone done this yet? Maybe "Who is more of a pussy, LF7 after Auburn made his arse quit or Florida?"
