Purely a guess but I expect it around 12 or 13.

Think I would take us at 12 or 13.

My best guess is we remain undervalued for at least 1 more game. Those Thursday night home games really favored the home teams with a lot of big upsets over the years since they started them. I would bet the home team in those games has a great ATS record. So I think the line will reflect that and undervalue us again. We'll see.

Honestly JJ is the best QB we have on the team right now. I might get smacked for that, but it's true.

I agree.

Not having Sammie hurt last night. But our offense looked strange to me last night. Looked like gus was using parts of the game as practice. Then on nicks last drive it looked like he let auburn do their thing again. I think you will see us roll next Thursday.

He was. Hell, he would keep running the same play over and over until we got it right.

Yeah, in particular the one pass to Duke that Nick sailed when he yelled at them to do it again and throw it right this time.

Nice observation and sounds likely based on the flow of the game. It will be interesting to watch how we perform next Thursday.

He is certainly the better passer, but he's not on Marshall's level, yet. Nick has the it factor. We are incredibly lucky to have the best and second best QBs in the SEC on our roster right now. Given another year of development, JJ will be one of the best QBs in the country (if not the best).

With JJ our offense is great.

With Nick, our offense is EXPLOSIVE.

That's why he's the starer. We can score on any play at any time with Nick. More methodical with JJ.

Speed/tempo teams have given KSU problems the last couple years... Baylor the last two years, OU last year, and Oregon two years ago.

Also, the last time we played on field-turf we scored 59 points on a decent defense... we are gonna look stupid fast on that surface.

this guy gets it. JJ is zero threat to run. everyone knows that. Marshall will settle down and start throwing better. but i would not trade Marshall for JJ even if it was Marshall from last year. the offense is just a machine with Marshall leading it. he is deadly running that read.

also, i think Auburn's schedule is not going to be as bad as it looks. i also think the defense is going to have to sell out against the run against everyone except a&m. all these other teams either have run first offense or running/new qbs. Auburn will score points. if they can stop the run they should be able to win all their games with a solid lead. ball protection is key though.

Reading that board, man... those dudes have a serious inferiority complex concerning the SEC.... It's also funny to me how fans on message boards can rationalize every game (this place being no exception).

If we don't turn the ball over, we should take care of business.

AU is going to win with ease. I feel bad, since I respect Snyder, but such is life. I expect an 18 point spread.
