Looks like burning Harding's redshirt was inevitable. Guys about to get thrown into the fire.

Good point and now makes sense why they had to do it.

No offense to Holsey, but if we HAD to lose one of our secondary starters, Holsey would hurt the least. Ryan Smith plays just as much anyways. Depth is definitely lacking though, which is the main issue
Disagree. The plan was to play Holsey at his natural position of CB on Dime and Nickel formations with Smith at safety. Holsey is our 3rd best Corner and 4th is not even close to that right now.

Well, I imagine we'll be in zone 90% of the time tomorrow so that will help. Post-A&M, not so much.

For what? You were wrong in just about every point you made. I personally would like to have Josh, but everything else you said was just blatantly wrong...

If our success depends on a single player, we're fricked from the git-go.

[quote]are you kidding? You dont hear his name often because he is locking down his man and the ball is not being thrown in his direction
FACT

He is an amazing player and losing him hurts.
FACT

Hopefully Mackenro can pick up the slack this game...very impressed with the true freshmen up to this point Hopefully Mackenro does pick up the slack since there will be more safeties on the field against TAMU...did i say he is his back up? um no.

I like Josh, but point out the facts to back this up.

-Safeties can't lock down their man because they usually don't have a man.

-Losing him hurts depth but since his backup is almost an equal to him, it doesn't hurt that much. BTW this is an opinion not a FACT.

-Mackenro isn't a safety. Who's going to backup Therezie at Star if he's playing Safety?
