then it could be three years or more before we return to that spot. seems everyone saw areally weaknesses even if we almost pulled it off.
still can cej turn the current crop into better db play than last year?

Check the box score. We dominated in every statistical category except the scoreboard. All that luck we had going in must have been used up.

Damn. 
When the game ended, I shook hands with the FSU fans I was beside and walked away. I wish we could have won but it was an incredible ride. What a fricking exciting season. I can't wait for next year! Much more to come fellas!

Y'all need to get into recruiting. We are doing well this year and national signing day should be huge for us. Good things ahead!

If we recruit well does that mean we didn't lose the last BCS national championship game by one play in the final 90 seconds after totally dominating all night and losing a 21-3 lead?

Same here. Sucked to lose the game after leading the majority of the game, but the team played pretty well overall and was a play here or there from taking it. We knew going in we had a defense with a tons of weaknesses, and most should have known that we had a QB with serious limitations. Sooner or later that was most likely going to catch up with us, we just couldn't pull it out. Future is bright and with the new championship setup we should be able to make the playoffs during the years we win the SEC.

Definitely wouldn't be as hard to take if we would've gotten blown out. What's tough is looking back at all the things that went wrong for us to lose.

Fair enough. I do get it, the last thing I want to hear right now is "it was a great game, it'll be alright, it'll be okay, they did great, a lot to be proud of, wonderful season, memorable season," and "one day we'll get back..."
Nick Marshall's armband says it all because it's going to take 15 games and a year from now to get back to where we were the other night and our road isn't paved and smooth like OSU and FSU.
But I also want to know what in the hell happened Monday night.
