I don't see how anyone can really have an informed opinion on the best AD hire. It's not like there is a job performance measure that anyone here would be familiar with for this position.
That said, Jacobs should be fired immediately and Pearl should get similar treatment to Pitino unless he can show complete lack of knowledge. Pearl doesn't get the benefit of the doubt on these type of things.

If you know people who work in collegiate athletics, they can share opinions of ADs.

Said it in the other thread, the FBI report calls Person a rogue operation + doesn't indicate any "red flags" that you'd expect Pearl to find out

Why the hell would anyone want Tubbs as a AD. He has zero experience at that, hell he was not even a good football coach after he left Auburn. He got replaced here because he got lazy and would not change his ways.
Plus, everyone is complaining about JJ and Auburn using the Good old boy system, fricking Tubbs was king of the good old boy system.
That is just insane that anyone at Auburn would want him at AD.
