We could do worse, but Mason wouldn’t be an upgrade. ...

Kind of off topic from decisions Leath has made, but IIRC when he was hired, the search committee didn’t identify any other candidates that they interviewed for the job. Not uncommon for that to be the case when doing executive searches, but it would definitely be interesting to know who else the co...

Day is a good coach but I think somebody will have already scooped him up by 2021....

Clark got blown out by a bad Florida team on Saturday. Not saying he’s a bad HC, just think we should aim a little higher than that. ...
The only offensive coach I would keep would be Tim Horton....
Whatever we would owe him would be well worth it to get that bubble gum chewing hack out of Auburn....

Del Conte has done well at TCU. Would be interesting to see what he could do at an SEC school. Saw him mentioned as a potential candidate for Nebraska after they fired their AD....

Chris Del Conte from TCU would be a good choice...
Mike Gundy would be one that I would try to talk to. Doubt he'd leave Oklahoma State but I'd at least see if there's interest there....
I think the only way you should have hope is if Leath truly commits to hiring an outsider without any ties to our athletic department. You referenced a bunch of schools having plans in place. I hate to say it, but all you have to do is look across the state. When Battle was ready to retire, Bama wen...

He should be gone for it. Clearly he didn't care that he was coming off of a suspension. Suspending him again isn't going to do anything for this kid. I'm sure the SW defenders will be out in full force soon though....

Hackenberg played well his freshman year with O'Brien coaching him. The wheels fell off once Franklin came in and Hand was running the OL. Dude took a beating after that. ...
I think the A&M game was definitely a turning point. IIRC we were #3 at the time and coming off a big road win at Ole Miss. got beat by A&M at home in a game we should have won and the proceeded to get embarrassed by UGA and lost a shoot out to Bama. ...

That would be Tony Franklin...

He's only done well with QBs that someone else developed. Also, I've never met an A&M fan who had anything good to say about him. They couldn't wait for Sumlin to fire him last year....

Don't disagree with any of the points made about Raymond's LSU ties but I'd at least make him tell us no....

She seems to pay more attention to athletics at UH than what Gogue currently does at AU. ...
Defensively yes. QBs and WRs definitely a no....
He didn't give them a chance to win with that Mickey Mouse BS of an offense. It's like he didn't bother to watch any film on Bama from this season and didn't know how good their defense is. We're sending an overpaid HS coach out there against arguably the best college coach of all time. What do you ...
LSU fans need to give it a rest. It's UF's home game. God forbid they don't want to move the game to Baton Rouge. ...
