Using suspension as a smokescreen? I don't believe it. That crap could hurt a players draft status.. if this were true I think everybody would come over to our side on this "coach speak" debate.

Reece Davis just said Pettway might have some physical problems and that the suspension talk was just a smoke screen. Gotdammit.

I am not sure why you guys are so worried about Pettway not playing. It has been discussed and we have been assured that we have plenty of backs who cant tote the rock every down.

We good

We've been over this, pulled hammys is poor S&C coaching. So Auburn along w Usain Bolt and others need to hire better S&C coaches

Oh really...

I think we'll leave it at that and not discuss other possible shaved areas.

KJ - Not durable

Pettway seems a little tender himself.

So we will see how our 175lb backs do against Clemsons front line.

My original argument stands. We need to recruit some larger backs who can carry the rock every down. So when guys go down, we have backups that can do the job

But its gameday and lets hope Gus lied to us again and Pettway is OK

That damn Kerryon Johnson and his injury-proneness.

(Is injury-proneness a word? )

Id love to see it. My issue is, he can't do it every week which is what we need

He looked solid last week.

I want Martin to be a more physical OMac. I don't see a reason why he can't be that

Unless he bulks up I doubt he can be a bell cow consistently

Confident that Miller and Martin are capable of doing what Pettway and Johnson do. IF given the opportunity.

Uh Miller is not capable of what Pettway can do. Not saying he isn't good, but a 220lb RB can't play like a 250lb wrecking ball

Run hard and straight ahead? Trey Mason? Perhaps not the same but, just as effective?

Wouldn't surprise me at all... what cracked me up is BM bitched about how auburn looked, then picked them to beat Clemson
