Actually, seeing that gif reminds me what happened. It hit Marshall's right hand and knocked his blue mouthpiece on the ground.
You can see it bouncing on reese' left foot.

Right. But it's bizzarre how that angle of the GIF is a weird optical illusion. Ball did not hit Reese's butt - it hit NIck's hand. You can see it clearly from the normal sideline view live and on replays.

Well when cameras zoom up from that far across the field, you have zero depth perception.

Show me where I said that? I don't need a replay of what happened explained. I watched some of the game on DVR and saw that it hit Marshall's leg. It was a bad something and he should feel bad, because I feel bad.

The ball did hit Marshall's leg gents and that is why he realized something happened and looked down real quick.

It obvious it hit Marshall somewhere by how quick he looked down. Had it not hit Marshall he would've never looked down that quick.

Reese made a mistake. I don't think OP was meant to call him out as much as he was genuinely wondering what happened (as in the communication problem). Like Gus said "there's no pointing fingers, we win together and we lose together". The same guys that made the mistakes are the same guys that made it possible to be in the position we've been in for the past two years.

Exactly. I'll say it again. I am a big Dismukes fan. I am genuinely curious what he heard that made him snap the ball? He had to have heard NM say something that he took as the "trigger".

My roommates and I have come to the decision that it was due to the fact that NM cannot speak English worth a frick.
