Clunky border around new video board

Has anyone been watching the live feed of the construction?
First off, at night they have flood lights so they might be trying to work 24/7 in order to complete it.
Secondly, it looks like there will be a huge bezel on the board if they don't fill in the strip of space around the edge of the steel frame. I don't like this.

Pretty sure they said the ads signs are going on the bottom as to not take up screen space

Last I heard (~a week ago, before the frame was finished) they were super far behind and the guy I was talking to who works for the construction company was skeptical of how it was going to get done in time

Not surprised they aren't going to finish it. Just put on the live feed and there was a lot of standing around.

Actually I put it on a bit before you. They were hoisting one of the panels in. Most action I have ever seen on the feed.
ETA: Actually seems like the paneling is a quick process. in 30 minutes (about) they installed one and are on to another.

What does what you quoted have to do with what you said?
Yes they will have a bezel around the outside. You will not see the structure.

Dude, they clearly are putting advertising there. Auburn Athletics charges Auburn University departments for advertising, don't pretend like we won't snag an opportunity to pull in more advertising

I find it hard to believe they can't install a damn scoreboard in three months.....unless they are standing around with their thumb up their fanny hole. You can build a house, from the ground up, in that amount of time.

Highly doubtful they leave it like that. As someone said, more than likely advertisements or whatnot will go there to surround the screen.
