Purifoy also makes sense as the kid looking to declare for the draft around Jan10 as well. At that point, he was still averaging some 15-20ppg & looked good shooting the 3FG

The NCAA is gonna hammer us anyway, I think, but technically "we" didn't pass any money at all. The details of this whole thing is that Person was *using* his status as Auburn coach for connection to an outside scam totally unrelated to Auburn University.
Unless they can somehow construe this a-hole haberdasher or whatever and the government witness as Auburn boosters and I don't think they can do that at all.

Wasn't Person hired shortly after Bruce arrived? And Bruce couldn't even contact Purifoy until his show cause expired.
