Think about our schedule if we went to 2 divisions and 9 games. Move us and Alabama East.
We would play these teams annually:
Bama
UGA
Tennessee
Florida
South Carolina
Vandy
Kentucky
Then rotate two of:
LSU
OU
Texas
A&M
Arkansas
Ole Miss
MSU
Mizzou
That would be fun especially in years we get LSU.

Won’t feel right not playing LSU.
Would’ve much preferred moving to the SEC East and not having Oklahoma and Texas join. Two permanent cross division rivals could’ve been bama and LSU. Plus we would’ve gotten to renew the Tennessee and Florida rivalries.

I’m of the same opinion. AU always has a horrific schedule compared to pretty much everyone and the toughest in the SEC most years.
